Baseball for life summer camp 2024
Baseball For Life Summer Camp is a free, 4-day camp that will take place July 15-18. Players age 9-12 are invited to attend and all skill levels are welcome. Camp will take place in Charlotte, NC at Quail Hallow Middle School/Park Sharon Youth Baseball.
Like all Baseball For Life activities, summer camp is free to attend. Camp includes breakfast and lunch. You will work with high school and college coaches to improve baseball skills, and also learn more about the four Baseball For Life pillars: Leadership, Stewardship, Ownership, and Service.

hot stove discussions
Baseball for Life hosts annual winter Hot Stove events with the purpose of bringing together baseball coaches from around the Charlotte area to talk about all things baseball. Baseball coaches at all levels are welcome and the event is free to attend. Speakers in the past have included: Former MLB players Burke Badenhop, Bob Zupzic, and Chad Tracy, as well as Dick Cooke - Davidson College, Bo Robinson - UNC Charlotte, Mike Shildt - San Diego Padres Manager and Jeff Gregory - Wingate University, along with others. field restoration program
Baseball For Life seeks out opportunities to improve the playing conditions on baseball/softball fields throughout the Charlotte area. We feel it is important that kids participating in athletics play on safe fields. BFL provides technical support and manpower to make facility improvements. Since Baseball For Life’s inception, our organization has raised the field standard for two start up little league associations, four middle schools and three high schools.
